Factory Processing Manager at Helean Global Limited in Mowe, Ogun

Duties

• Directing all planners in the section to guarantee generation targets are fulfilled.
• Supervising daily output and making sure worker productivity is not less than 8 kg per person daily.
• Making sure lot efficiencies are accomplished: Wholes ≥ 88%, Pieces ≤ 7%, Powder & Husk ≤ 5%.
• Coordinating absenteeism and making sure labor accessibility of 300–320 workers.
• Directing rework to a maximum of 5% of routine generation.
• Making sure Work-In-Advancement (WIP) is not more than 3 days per lot.
• Arranging ability development development for new workers on productivity and quality.
• Carrying out refresher development for underachieving workers based on routine assessments.
• Dealing with worker matters and inspiring them to meet routine targets.
• Managing with the expat manager for smooth day-to-day activities.
• Sending routine generation, quality, and labor documentation.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have a Bsc with 5 - 7 years work expertise.
