Lead operations coordinator at Strivo Labs in Ikeja, Lagos

The Position

We’re seeking an Lead operations coordinator to own and lead the core driver of our implementation. This is not a standard procedure administrator position — it’s a executive guidance role at the core of Strivo Labs. You will design and oversee operational structures, organize projects across various teams, and make sure that everything we do runs like clockwork. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, Strategic planning and operations teams, and PMs to convert aspiration into action, spot inefficiencies, and execute ability to scale methods that allow Strivo Labs to supply repeatedly to customers and scale internationally.

Primary duties

• Process management: Build, enhance, and supervise internal operational structures, processes, and resources for smooth implementation.
• Project Executive guidance: Track, oversee, and guarantee promptness dispatch of various customer and internal projects.
• Process Design: Recognize bottlenecks and execute SOPs, dashboards, and automations to scale processes.
• Team Synchronization: Head cross-operational partnership between plan, technical, and innovative teams.
• Status updates & Findings: Offer on a weekly basis business status reports, key indicators, and strategic guidance to executive guidance.
• Quality assurance: Ensure outputs across projects meet Strivo Labs’ implementation guidelines.
• Ongoing development: Optimize productivity through online platforms, automatic control, and industry standards.

What We’re Seeking

• 4 - 6 years in processes, project coordination, or business implementation positions (advising, SaaS, digital agencies greet).
• Verified ability to build operational structures and methods that scale.
• Robust project coordination competencies with resources like Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
• Logical and meticulous — capable to see both the big picture and the fine description.
• Clear articulation and management abilities.
• Comfort with dynamic, high-growth environments.
