Duties

• Top and Inspiring a Business development team: Hiring, development, and training sales employees; setting revenue goals and quotas; offering ongoing mentoring and response.
• Conceptualizing and Executing Sales Plans: Producing and carrying out sales strategies, recognizing new commercial opportunities, and evaluating sales data to recognize zones for advancement.
• Coordinating the Sales Process: Monitoring the full scope of sales cycle, from head production to closing agreements; coordinating the sales pipeline; making sure a positive customer experience.
• Building and Preserving Client Connections: Nurturing solid connections with key customers, comprehension their needs, and making sure client fulfillment.
• Evaluating Sales Data: Tracking sales effectiveness, evaluating performance indicators, and creating documentation to recognize practices and zones for advancement.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have a Bsc or Higher national diploma with 3-5 year expertise.
