  • The Chief of Talent management (HCM) is a strategic executive function in charge of designing, conceptualizing, and carrying out the company's talent plan.
  • This position includes monitoring every facet of HR, which includes recruitment, employee development, results tracking, remuneration, and workplace culture.
  • The Chief of HCM will collaborate with executive team to guarantee that the organization's talent plans match with entire business targets and lead corporate success.

Recruitment and Management:

  • Supervise the comprehensive talent acquisition to draw in, employ, and retain high performer.
  • Formulate plans to build a robust company corporate identity and improve the application journey.
  • Execute human resource management and succession organizing programs to guarantee a effective guidance pipeline.

Results tracking:

  • Design and oversee performance check operational structures that lead employee relation and productivity.
  • Ensure results tracking procedures match with the company’s values and business targets.
  • Offer mentoring and development avenues to key stakeholders and managers on efficient results tracking.

Professional growth:

  • Produce and execute professional growth programs that assist workforce expansion and ability improvement.

Credentials

  • Bsc in HR, Business Management, Business improvement, or a relevant field.
  • A MSC or Master of business administration is desirable.
  • Specialist Human resources accreditation, which includes SHRM, SPHR, or CIPM, is essential.
  • At least 10+ years of expertise in HR management, with a minimum of 5 years in a executive team position.
  • Established history of conceptualizing and executing successful talent plans in sophisticated, dynamic environments.
  • Robust expertise in recruitment, results tracking, remuneration, and employee development.
