Job Description

As a accreditation manager, you will be in charge of coordinating and monitoring all accreditation methods to guarantee plywood goods meet local and international guidelines.
You will guarantee adherence possessing applicable quality, safety, and ecological qualifications, organize audits, and preserve solid connections with compliance-related and authorizing bodies.
You will also ensure the organization's qualifications remain valid, current, and in sync with standardized best practices to improve product credibility and market attractiveness.

Formulate, execute, and preserve the organization accreditation plan in line with industry guidelines and qualifications.
Guarantee adherence with all relevant guidelines which includes ISO, FSC, CE Marking, SONCAP, and other applicable qualifications for plywood production operations.
Strategize organize, and organize audits to secure and preserve qualifications.
Preserve current recordkeeping for all qualifications, audit documentation, and adherence records.
Coordinate with accreditation bodies, compliance-related agencies, and industry associations to stay informed on new qualifications and modifications in guidelines.
Educate and assist teams on accreditation qualifications, standardized processes, and standards oversight operational structures.
Track manufacturing workflows to guarantee uninterrupted adherence with accredited guidelines
Explore and settle accreditation-associated non-conformities and execute corrective and preventive actions
Work alongside Quality assurance, Generation, and Procurement teams to guarantee unedited materials and methods meet accreditation evaluation benchmarks
Organize and send necessary documentation for executive review and accreditation bodies within stipulated timelines.

Bsc in Standards oversight, Industrial Engineering, wood tech, Ecological Science, or relevant field.
At least 4 years of expertise in accreditation, adherence, or standards oversight in plywood or the production operations industry.
Solid understanding of ISO guidelines, FSC accreditation, CE marking and SONCAP rules
Established history in coordinating third-party audits and accreditation renewals
Outstanding meticulousness, recordkeeping, and document-keeping competencies.
Clear expression, executive guidance, and team synchronization abilities
Competence in Ms office tools.
