Service Manager - Repairs & Servicing & maintenance at Renda Africa in Ilupeju, Lagos

Explanation

The Service Manager will supervise and organize all fix and servicing & maintenance initiatives, making sure prompt, premium quality service for clients. This position is in charge of top the technical team, coordinating work plans, and executing preventive servicing & maintenance programs to optimize fleet uptime and process effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Strategize timetable, and oversee vehicle fix and servicing & maintenance initiatives for organisation and client fleets.
• Guarantee alignment to manufacturer requirements, safety rules, and ecological guidelines.
• Track workshop productivity, quality assurance, and cost effectiveness.
• Formulate and execute preventive servicing & maintenance plans to reduce non-operational time.
• Preserve precise service records and organize functional performance documentation.
• Educate and train technicians on diagnostic resources, fix standardized processes, and new technical solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and contracted out repairs.
• Execute client response methods to constantly elevate support dispatch.
