Key Position duties

• Formulate and implement strategic strategies to advance the bank's goods and solutions, making sure alignment with the entire targets of the In-store and SME Banking division.
• Serve as a trusted consultant on financial matters, dealing with customer questions productively and addressing service issues promptly to preserve high levels of client fulfillment.
• Develop and preserve solid connections with customers, business heads, and internal participants to lead product sales and customer conversion within targeted markets.
• Supervise the advancement, cross-closing sales, and revenue optimization of the bank's goods to optimized revenue production. · Execute promotion plans and programs designed to boost profit margin and accomplish set deposit targets by securing business and financial funding agreements from individuals and corporate entities.

Expertise and Credentials

• Bsc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a associated discipline from a identified tertiary institution.

• At least 8 years of banking expertise in sales and credit, with a minimum of 5 years in a high-level position within process management.
