Position Overview

The Vendor Connection Oversee r/ Expert will be in charge of recognizing, obtaining, and orientation premium quality vendors across repairs, spare parts, and CNG solutions. The position make sure that all vendors meet business, quality, and adherence qualifications while building long-term strategic collaborations that improve service dispatch and cost effectiveness.

Primary duties

• Formulate and implement vendor purchase plans in sync with business and growth targets.
• Analysis, assess, and pre-selected possibility vendors across target geographies.
• Bargain agreements, pricing, and performance threshold agreements to attain attractive and maintainable terms.
• Supervise vendor orientation methods, making sure proper development on organisation operational structures, processes, and guidelines.
• Track and assess vendor effectiveness against accepted KPIs, dealing with differences proactively.
• Settle vendor-associated concerns promptly to guarantee service continuity and client fulfillment.
• Preserve an current DB of authorized vendors, which includes adherence and compliance-related recordkeeping.
• Build and develop trust-based strategic collaborations with vendors to secure preferential terms and promote long-term partnership.
