Obligations and Duties

  • Offer assistance to the Team supervisor, Internal Communications and Content Management to visual tactics, content, marketing, and information exchange strategies, and timetable deployments on the Bank’s goods, solutions, and programs to coordinate employees relation. 
  • Assist the Team supervisor, Internal Communications and Content Management to attain at least 75% consciousness and comprehension of the Bank’s record, plan, hero goods, solutions, and programs among employees always – the what, the why, the how – using industry standards regarding information exchange effectiveness, message visual precision and suitable frequency, across variety of channels.
  • Curate the Bank’s corporate record, heritage and achievements, and serve as a gateman for their communications and distribution by checking and verifying content for precision, checking the corporate identity, legal & regulatory implications. This requires a high level of meticulousness and an comprehension of the corporate identity, its record, heritage, strategic business processes, key capability processes, goods, compliance-related concerns, adherence and organisational rules.
  • Oversee group-wide marketing on corporate heritage to lead consciousness and assimilation amongst employees. 
  • Work alongside other strategic teams to curate visual stories for telling the Bank’s record and achievements.
  • Offer assistance for organizing and executing publication strategies.
  • Offer assistance for executing speaking avenues at professional forums and other events carefully curating the Bank’s heritage as part of the visual stories in line with the corporate strategic targets.
  • Evaluate of proposals on publications, honors, case studies, and speaking avenues at professional forums and events.
  • Prepare editorial materials e.g. stories, articles, board, management, corporate profile, pitch schedule, editorial style mentor and offer assistance for editing and proofreading as may be necessary.
  • Organize prepare visual communication for professional forums and other events as may be necessary.
  • Offer assistance for assessment of the Bank’s publications programs to ascertain performance.
  • Offer assistance for the development of editorial calendars and track calendar implementation.
  • Offer assistance in rendering applicable periodic documentation inside the defined timelines.
  • Stakeholder engagement and relation amongst allocated business units and asset processes to attain synergy in communications across the Group, to grow consciousness and deep understanding, advance cross-closing sales and accomplish uptake in the Bank’s goods among employees.
  • Strategize design content, design marketing, timetable deploying of the Bank’s goods, solutions, and programs to coordinate collaborations in within and outside the organization communications.
  • Any other position as may be allocated by the Chief of Unit/ Group Chief of Department.

Role expectations Education:

At least Education: First Academic qualification in Community-related Sciences, Humanities, or associated discipline.

Expertise:

At least 2 years’ expertise, expertise in quantitative & qualitative market analysis, record, narrative creation, drafting, document keeping and client support connection management. Competence in Office productivity software resources and Creative AI is crucial.
