Project’s Overview
GRA is the executing work collaboratively for a project sample of survivor-centered projects across 19 local government zones in northeast Nigeria. These projects are strategically financed by a multifaceted group of international associates: theMukwege Foundation, theGlobal Survivor Financial support (GSF), theFrench Embassy, andWe Are Not Weapons of War (WWOW). Through these strategic alliances, we are operating to strengthen the network ofConflict-Associated Sexual Violence (CRSV)survivors by offering combined assist. This comprises presenting tailoredlivelihood empowermentand essentialtrauma-informed psychosocial servicesto coordinate healing and economic stability. We are also building the capacity of survivor-guided networks, empowering them to become powerful proponents for their own rights. A key part of our work includes utilizinginnovative tech by joining direct survivor assist with strategic skills development and state-of-the-art system, we are assisting to build a maintainable foundation for adaptability and long-term empowerment in the region.
Position Overview
As a Top level Management & Human resources Officer, you will be instrumental in making sure the smooth and productive process of the company. You'll work in a collaborative environment to offer complete managerial and HR assist, preserving a positive and efficient work environment for all employees. This position requires a highly structured specialist with expertise across the full scope of Human resources lifecycle and close focus to description in managerial management. You will be in charge of nurturing an environment that fosters career advancement, employee relation, and productive asset utilization.
Primary duties HR:
- Oversee the full scope of talent acquisition, from conceptualizing position summaries and screening applicants to interviewing and orientation new employees.
- Supervise workplace engagement, which includes results tracking, dispute settlement, and disciplinary methods.
- Ensure full adherence with all Nigerian work legal provisions and regulationsrelated to remuneration, perks, and depart management.
- Formulate and execute Human resources rules and standardized processes to guarantee a fair and regular work environment.
- Coordinateemployee development and development avenues.
- Preserve precise and private employee records.
- Provideguidance and supportto employees on all Human resources-associated matters.
Managerial Assist:
- Offer complete managerial assist to the GRA team, which includes planning sessions, coordinating commute structured, and facilitating logistics for employees and visitors.
- Supervise workspace logistics, which includes the procurement of inventory, tools servicing & maintenance, and space management.
- Oversee the managerial financial plan, making sure the productive and efficient use of assets.
- Preserve precise and structured submitting operational structures(both physical and digital).
- Draftcorrespondence, demonstrations, and documentation as needed.
- Execute other managerial obligations as allocated to guarantee the productive process of the workspace.
At least Credentials
- A Bsc in HR, Business Management, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of progressive expertise in an Human resources and/or managerial position, with a robust concentration on the full employee lifecycle and workspace management.
- Outstanding expertise in Nigerian work legal provisions and rules.
- Robust verbal and professional writing competencies in English.
- Demonstrated expertise operating with diverse teams in difficult environments.
Most Preferred Competencies:
- Expertise coordinating Human resources and management for a multi-state company.
- Expertise with Human resources information operational structures (HRIS)and managerial management software.
- Highly skilled in MS Workspace(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Robust organizing, schedule control, and project coordination competencies.
- Effective guidance and team lead competencies.
- Capability to operate productively and productively in a dynamic environment.
- Outcomes-oriented, specialist, responsible, and initiative-driven.
- Robust meticulousness and a verified ability to deliver on time.
- Must be capable to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Outstanding interpersonal and strategic judgment competencies.
