Job Description

S/he will be in charge of pushing the business of Merchant obtaining in the different merchant sectors (Supermarket, Pharmacies, Filling Stations, Eateries & Dining venues, Social space and Bar and Hotels), inside the Region, and conceptualizing; deploring plans to grow sales income
Conceptualizing strategies and strategic programs for growing the Merchant Purchase business and delivering the companys sales targets;
Coordinating and top the Merchant purchase team inside the Region, to supply lucrative growth
Routine, On a weekly basis, and Every month supervising of the KPI of the Merchant team inside the allocated Region, making sure all targets are fulfilled and exceeded repeatedly
Lead the KAMs to guarantee they hit all KPIs for the individual teams
Hit target quotas for set KPIs for the Region(Transaction value, volume, and income)
Supervising industry trends and offering consistent rival response to the Merchant Purchase Manager
Possess a good comprehension of the business's goods or solutions and be capable to advise others about them
Check in with Merchants and ensure active and idle merchants are visited and if need be, mobilize retrieval of POS from idle business associates inside the region.

Bsc in Business promotion & sales or associated fields
At least 6 to 8 years of expertise in the Merchant business
Must possess an Android phone
Demonstrated expertise coordinating a high-effectiveness business development team
Capability to motivate a team of Sales Managers for effectiveness
Extremely adaptable, result-oriented, and diligent with a robust track document of success
Capability to self-motivate and oversee self
Effective communication and people skills
Client onboarding and capability to adjust/address different character.
