State Chief - Aggregator Network at Fairmoney Microfinance Bank in Kano

About the Position

As the State Chief - (Aggregator Network), you are the CEO of the region, in charge of regional effectiveness and individual state effectiveness under your purview. You must be self-motivated, result oriented and most notably a team player. You are primarily in charge of shaping and pushing your region's growth plan to correctly role it within landscape in Nigeria by operating with the Director of Aggregator Business in cementing the FairMoney plan of becoming the largest neobank in Nigeria.

Position duties

• Acquire for new customers and expand customer network in the in-store marketplace (Agents and customers)
• Formulate and preserve market dominance by making sure purchase, retention and Month on Month growth in purchase and loan transformation in each market segment
• Lead corporate plan in Schools, Markets, Strategic collaborations with OFIs/Super Agents/ Aggregators and Agricultural full operational cycle
• Sign up and preserve connection with full operational cycle actors
• Track regional effectiveness, employees and buyer conduct and offer market intelligence to the team
• Proper Brand identity and development of Agents/Customers and associates
• Adhere with regulations, rules and legislation overseeing the financial solutions industry
• Motivate, train and oversee regional employees for dispatch of FairMoney corporate goal
• Repeatedly supply every month OKR
• Any other duty as may be allocated by the Director of Aggregator Business.

Qualifications

• A Bsc in any related discipline
• At least 6 to 8 years of expertise in the Agency Banking business
• Must possess an android phone
• Demonstrated expertise coordinating a strong results business development team
• Capability to motivate a team of Sales Managers to attain strong results
• Extremely adaptable, result oriented and, diligent with a robust track document of success
• Effective communication and people skills
• Client onboarding and capability to adjust/address different characters.
