What You'll Be Doing

The Mechanical coordinator is in charge of getting ready all organized servicing & maintenance that possess to be carried out by the Mechanical Implementation team, service companies or service providers.

What We Are Seeking 

• Mechanical Engineering graduate.
• 3 - 5 years of expertise in Mechanical Engineering, which includes rotating machines, tools servicing & maintenance, requirement supervising, in cement production operations organisation, refinery, power or heavy process strategy.
• Expertise in gearboxes, transmissions, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding methods, lubrication, and mechanical non-destructive running test.
• Adequate Expertise connected with tools operation & servicing & maintenance (Crusher, Stacker, Reclaimer, Unedited mill, Belt Conveyors & Aux. Equipments).
• Good expertise in Machinery requirement Supervising technical solutions and servicing & maintenance philosophies.
• Capability to trouble shoots the issue and proposed corrective actions.
• Outstanding expertise in vibration evaluation, oil evaluation, wear measurement, thermography, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, radiography, etc.
• Good expertise in RCA structured approach and coordinating competencies.
• CMRP accreditation is a plus.
