Position Responsibiities

• Strategize organize, and supervise all facility-associated initiatives, which includes servicing & maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Verify that every building operational structures (electrical, plumbing, Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, generators, etc.) operation optimally and adhere with compliance guidelines.
• Oversee vendor agreements, service agreements, and connections with external suppliers.
• Execute preventive servicing & maintenance plans to reduce non-operational time and business disruptions.
• Track and oversee facility financial plans, expenditures, and assets productively.
• Ensure office safety, guard, and ecological adherence in line with organisation rules and lawful qualifications.
• Organize space organizing, workspace layouts, and facility-associated projects.
• Head crisis preparedness and response endeavors for the facility.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have a bachelor's in engineering / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3 - 5 years work expertise.
