Procurement Manager at Pathfinder International in Nigeria (Remote)

Your Effect

As a Procurement Manager, you will work in close collaboration with the Top level Procurement Consultant to assist Pathfinder’s projects in procurement management. You will collaborate with country procurement employees. You will oversee daily procurement processes for Pathfinder countries by executing procurement rules and standardized processes for the full procurement life cycle that enables Pathfinder to amplify value and effectiveness in the purchase of goods and solutions, while mitigating risks and making sure adherence with donor qualifications.  Status updates to the Top level Procurement Consultant, you will improve the capacity of and offer guidance to country procurement employees and serve as a focal point/tech specialist for allocated countries.

Multi-Country Projects:

Head procurement endeavors under multi-country projects and projects where Pathfinder does not possess a country workspace in place.

Development:

Educate country procurement employees on Pathfinder procurement rules, standardized processes, and operational structures

Management and Assist:

• Project coordination and Involvement: Head, oversee or engage in cross-operational project teams
• Processes Department assist: Engage in employees sessions, work organizing, development, etc
• Guidelines Guarantee and Advancement: Assist Pathfinder’s procurement superiority. Collaborate with Processes department and other service departments to enhance procurement assets e.g., rules, methods, standardized processes, design frameworks, etc.

Preferred Credentials:

MSC in Procurement, Logistics & supply Management, Business Management or relevant field, or a integration of education and expertise that returns the necessary skills A minimum of 3-5 years’ international non-profit expertise, which includes expertise with grants and agreements financed by USAID and foundations.
