Position Overview

Chief PMO Head will be in charge of coordinating business needs, qualifications, mapping capabilities inside the IT domains and dispatch of those needs on time, to financial plan and at accepted quality levels. The holder of this position shall work alongside the IT team and associates executing the necessary evaluation and design duty connected with the dispatch of projects applicable to the business transformation programme. The Chief PMO will be status updates to Chief of IT/Head Communications officer and will be in charge of entire modifications, upgrade of all Business Operational structures application process inside the business company.

Managing Adjustment Requests:

• Qualifications - Collect Finalize, precise information and with description necessary, engage all primary stakeholders, inquire all necessary questions for visual precision on issue and initiative needed (Lifting CR is not a tick box). 
• Execute Starting Effect Evaluation - thorough comprehension of the challenge description and high-level initiative view and options - distribute description of all operational structures that are to be affected, which includes possible grow load in the operational structures, user narratives, documentation, network access necessary etc. 
• Recognize all key dependencies and risks - and know to oversee them. 
• Comprehend how the initiative will observe like - Possess view on what to be proposed initiatives - How the issue solved or avenue will be reached. 
• Take and keep notes of all discussions assembled before lifting the CR and possess all put on the CR documents. 
• Check in - Get CR number within SLA and starting discussion of initiative with SMEs and dispatch technical directs.

Coordinating SME:

• Oversee different SME in various domain to guarantee they accomplish their outputs to lead strategic objectives i.e. Oversee core six (6) domains. 
• Make sure that SME’s adequately capture and convert organizational needs. 
• Make sure that SME’s carry out and finalize their UAT within predefined timelines.

Related experience:

• 10-15 years of work expertise on project coordination possessing applicable expertise in Telecommunications/Financial Solutions/Financial technology/Information Tech sectors.
• Possess strong insight of the Telco IT domain in addition to architecture comprehension for IT applications in a telecom environment. 
• Possess competence in coordinating Enterprise, Pre-paid, Post-paid, VAS and Mobile Money associated applications.
• Possess a clear comprehension of what is needed to supply Application automatic control and simplification associated projects. 
• Possess wide-ranging vendor management ability to proceed robust operating connections with primary stakeholders and external peers. 
• Capability to make in-depth knowledge decisions on which business technical qualifications cannot be met. 
• Capability to evaluate the value from processes and capabilities of new technical solutions.
• Expertise operating in multi-vendor handled service IT operating model. 
• Proven expertise in interacting with advanced position on addressing and demonstrating business challenges
• Proven expertise in supplying large and sophisticated IT projects. 
• Expertise with Waterfall (PMP/Prince2) and nimble development structured approaches is recommended.
