Role summary
Under the direct oversight of the WASH Officer/Snr WASH Officer, the successful applicant will be in charge of executing and carrying out various disease tracking and surveillance initiatives in the site. Their main responsibility is to assist the entire goal of preventing and directing the spread of Acute Watery Diarrhea.
Role summary
- In charge of recognizing new AWD cases in the group by carrying out house-to-house visits, collecting symptomatic documentation, and partnering with public health workers and local healthcare vendors.
- The AWD STF site worker will be assigned with precisely mapping the sites of recognized AWD cases using GPS tech or other geo-referencing resources. This information will be used to produce graphics portrayals of disease allocation, assisting to recognize promise outbreak clusters and elevated-risk zones.
- The AWD STF site worker will play a vital position in verifying and checking AWD cases by collecting applicable information, which includes patient demographics, symptoms, and medical record. They will also make sure that case data is documented and reported precisely and promptly.
- The AWD STF site worker will be in charge of coordinating the referral of severe AWD cases to suitable healthcare facilities for treatment and management. This includes preserving information exchange channels with healthcare vendors, making sure prompt client recommendations, and supervising the advancement of referred cases.
- The AWD STF site worker will support to the execution of KAP surveys connected with AWD prevention and regulate. This comprises carrying out surveys in the group and collecting and coordinating survey data.
- The AWD STF site worker will preserve precise records of their initiatives and support to the production of consistent advancement documentation. They will also make sure that all collected data is properly stored, handled, and secured following established procedures and standard procedures
- Works as a bridging disparity between LPF and networks.
- Collaborate with people, women and men or employees around during their work.
- Make sure that the properties in the place of work are respected and that no loss is caused to them.
- Always be show to operate without any absenteeism. Inconsistent involvement and bad conduct towards recipients or LPF employees will automatically result in the termination of his/her solutions.
- Follow execution guidelines, LPF ways of operating, and the terms of the LPF Code of Carry out; which includes the dedication to zero tolerance on SEA and the obligation to documentation SEA cases.
- He / She must not use their role of being engaged in LPF work to gain favors or material advantage.
- Documentation any setback or loss of system/water facilities to the LPF Officer or Support in charge.
- Execute any other obligations that may be allocated by the Officer or Support in charge.

The agreement period is 20 days.
