Role summary

We are seeking to employ an smart and well skilled Lead operations coordinator who will supervise daily logistics processes, making sure smooth and productive service dispatch, expense management, and team management. The preferred candidate will make sure that all logistics initiatives are finished on time, within financial plan, and in adherence with organisation rules and safety guidelines. The Lead operations coordinator will also concentration on optimizing methods, optimizing entire effectiveness, and optimizing client fulfillment.

Process effectiveness:

• Supervise routine logistics processes, which includes routing, and vehicle tracking.
• Formulate and execute plans to enhance process effectiveness, reduce expenses, and guarantee promptness provision of services.
• Track and preserve most effective stock levels and organize with the procurement team.
• Make sure that all client orders are fulfilled on time and in line with service-level agreements.
• Formulate and track key effectiveness indicators (KPIs) to track functional performance and productivity.
• Oversee  business financial plans, track expenditures, and ensure cost-efficient use of assets.
• Recognize zones for cost reduction and execute plans to reduce business expenses without compromising service standard

Fleet Management:

Oversee the organization’s fleet of vehicles, making sure consistent servicing & maintenance, adherence with safety rules, and productive use. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service vendors for vehicle repairs and servicing as needed.
