Female Facilities Manager at Atis Limited (2 Openings) in Nigeria

Position Overview

We are seeking to employ a Female Facilities Manager who will evaluate and oversee safety risks in the office, oversee and direct the on-site workers, set targets for the team, and see projects through to finalization.

Duties

• Oversee and organize the daily servicing & maintenance and assist of residential and business-related buildings, grounds and facilities operational structures which includes WTP and STP.
• Allocate work and track its effectiveness within changes or sites to guarantee that all agreement qualifications are fulfilled; that all rules and standardized processes are was aligned with, and that all targets are fulfilled.
• Oversee quality assurance processes which require consistent documented in-field inspections executed with employees, customers and/or vendors.
• Supervise and oversee On-site Planners' initiatives
• Preserve productive and smooth processes at all sites.

Credentials

• Bsc in Facilities Management / Estate Management / Community-related Sciences / Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.
• A MSC in a relevant field is a plus.
• Applicable professional certification like PMP, QAQC, Health, safety, and environment etc. will also be a desirable asset.
• At least 7 years of sector awareness is firmly wanted.
• Robust logical and critical thinking competencies with a high level of precision in calculations.
• Must possess time and project coordination competencies to guarantee project due dates are fulfilled.
• Expertise in coordinating residential apartments.
• Must possess domain expertise of facilities and must be IT savvy.
