Job Description

Oversee and engage a vibrant group of 5,000+ members through initiative-driven outreach and building relationship.
Formulate and implement plans to grow relation, retention, and visibility.
Head and oversee group-centric projects and, where relevant, own product development programs that improve group expertise.
Strategize arrange, and organizer both physical and virtual events—ranging from meetups to webinars—to promote cohesion and value.
Manage various simultaneous events and ensure smooth implementation.
Collaborate directly with internal teams (e.g., Promotion, Product, Human resources) to enhance group touchpoints and programs.
Build and develop strategic collaborations with external networks and entities to lead skilled relation and grow visibility.
Oversee group-attentive social platforms channels—which includes content formation, publishing, and supervising—to sustain active relation.

Interested applicants should have a Bsc
2 - 3 years of expertise in group management, ideally inside technology or new venture environments.
Robust project and event leadership abilities, competent of running various programs simultaneously.
Clear articulation—both documented and verbal—for interacting with varied target groups.
Cozy organizing and moderating both in-person and virtual events.
Capability to formulate and preserve strategic external strategic collaborations.
Understanding with coordinating social platforms and group resources/channels.
Expertise partnering within multifaceted and welcoming teams.
