Role summary

  • Formulate thorough project strategies, which includes timelines, achievements, assets, and financial plans.
  • Organize and head project team members to guarantee every facet of the project are finished on timetable.
  • Track milestone tracking and make modifications as necessary to guarantee the successful finalization of projects.
  • Establish and sustain connections with primary stakeholders, which includes team members, customers, and upper management.
  • Convey project requirements to team members and participants in a prompt and clear fashion.
  • Recognize and oversee project risks and formulate risk reduction plans.
  • Proactively oversee modifications in project scope, timetable, and expenses using suitable confirmation methods.

Credentials

  • Bsc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Manager, project, with a track document of successfully fulfilled projects.
  • Solid understanding of project coordination structured approaches (e.g., Nimble, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Competence in project coordination applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Clear articulation competencies, both documented and verbal.
  • Effective guidance and team management abilities.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 accreditation is desirable.
  • Capability to operate productively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Robust logical and analytical abilities.
