Dewatering Manager at Concrete Logistics Limited in Ikeja, Lagos

About the Position

We are looking for an skilled Dewatering Manager with robust Project coordination competencies to supervise dewatering processes on a occupied building on-site. The preferred candidate will be in charge of coordinating all dewatering initiatives, directing on-site teams, managing with engineers, and making sure work is carried out productively, safely, and to specification.

Primary duties

• Strategize oversee, and track all dewatering processes in-field.
• Head and oversee on-site teams, making sure compliance to safety and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project engineers, advisors, and service providers to guarantee smooth process.
• Organize routine, on a weekly basis, and every month advancement documentation.
• Allocate assets, tools, and planning to meet project due dates.
• Diagnose issues business concerns and execute efficient initiatives.
• Guarantee adherence with ecological and compliance obligations.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have a Bsc / Higher national diploma certification.
• At least 3 - 4 years’ expertise in dewatering processes in building projects.
• Established history in project coordination within a building environment.
• Effective guidance, corporate, and analytical abilities.
• Capability to analyze technical drawings and requirements.
• Clear articulation competencies for synchronization with various participants.
• Competence in MS Workspace and project coordination resources is a plus.
