Duties

• Strategy and oversee generation plans for records, transaction entries and materials.
• Organize efficient methods and timelines to guarantee on-time finalization of projects.
• Supervise typesetting, page layout, formatting, and proofreading methods.
• Coordinate with editors, UI/UX professionals, illustrators, and printers.
• Authorize print and digital proofs before concluding generation.
• Ensure concluding goods meet quality benchmarks (colour, layout, binding, solution).
• Organize and oversee generation financial plans.
• Optimise expenses without reducing quality.
• Allocate to in-house employees and part-time workers
• Track task volumes to avoid setbacks.
• Settle generation challenges which includes misprints, late supplies, or supplier concerns.
• Keep records of plans, financial plans, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor productivity and expenses for status updates.
• Guarantee adherence with intellectual property regulations, printing guidelines, and ecological rules.
• Analysis and introduce new technical solutions or processes to enhance effectiveness.

Expertise:

5 - 7 years of uninterrupted and progressive expertise in schedule or print generation, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership/executive position.

Expertise:

• 8 - 10 years of practical experience in schedule generation or printing processes.
• Exhibited capability to oversee comprehensive generation, from typesetting to concluding print/dispatch.
• Proven bargaining ability
• Evidence of successfully supplying projects on time, within financial plan and at premium quality.

Necessary Competencies:

• Specialized skill in printing methods, prepress/layout software, and digital publishing resources.
• Project coordination competencies for planning, financial planning, and managing various duty.
• Clear expression and bargaining skills for operating with teams and vendors.
• Analytical abilities to manage setbacks, errors, or cost hurdles.
