Position Overview

To head and oversee the mechanical reliability and reliability of ore processing and project setup facilities, which includes operational structures designed for future pelletizing processes, making sure minimal non-operational time, productive tools effectiveness, and safe operating terms.

Team lead:

Oversee engineers, supervisors, and technicians in the mechanical department. Track position implementation and guarantee alignment to safety and servicing & maintenance procedures.

Safety & Adherence:

Guarantee adherence with mine safety guidelines, ecological standard procedures, and compliance obligations. Advance a zero-harm office culture.

Credentials & Competencies

• Education: B.E./B.Technology in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Expertise: 7–10years in mechanical reliability within mining, steel, cement, or mineral processing industries.
• Expertise in beneficiation methods and understanding with pelletizing tools is a plus.
• Executive guidance, organizing, and logical analytical abilities.
• Competence with CMMS resources and servicing & maintenance organizing software.
