Job Description

Offer assistance in evaluating business and people key focuses in appointed operational zones of the organization.
Execute suit-for-objective Human resources plans, strategies, programs and initiatives that lead top-notch effectiveness,
Oversee the hiring process and selection process while partnering with the operational business unit.
Supervise and oversee work assessment system that leads strong results for business unit.
Evaluate development needs to submit application and track capacity-building plans for business unit.
Analyze and ensure full adherence of rules and standardized processes to employees within allocated business unit.
Proactively formulate and gain authorization for welfare strategies and initiatives that will enhance employees operating terms and ecological initiatives, and other employee-associated programs.

First Academic qualification or its equivalent in Personnel Management, Industrial and Job Relations or other applicable disciplines.
A member of a professional body, which includes CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, etc. is an added advantage
At least 5 years’ position-related experience in a well-organized company, ideally production operations or FMCG.
Expertise in all personnel operational zones and the Nigerian Job and Work Legal provisions.
