The Role

In this role, you will be a part of the team cohort offering direct (virtual and in-person) self-direction aid offerings to different cohorts of members. Along with the mDoc executive guidance team, you will develop an environment reflecting the values of mDoc Healthcare, which includes respect for our members and team members. Offering most effective member-centred care and expertise is of critical value to mDoc so we are seeking people who embody this in mind and action. You must be analytics-based or ready to be analytics-based. Provided we are a tech firm; you will use online platforms to operate strategize lead projects track, forecast our success in addition to oversee our members and clients. Also, provided mDoc is a new venture, there will likely be some fluidity to duties.

Qualifications

• MSC or MBBS with 5-7 years of expertise.
• Interest or expertise in health preferred.
• Outstanding issue resolution, information exchange and "person-centered" competencies
• High level of corporate management ability and prioritization in addition to the capability to break the ‘big picture’ into step wise different pieces.
• Competence in Office productivity software applications
• Capability to establish and preserve efficient and healthy operating connections with co-workers, managers and customers
• Capability to deliver several duty at the same time to deliver on time is necessary
• Displays capability to operate with private and sensitive data.
