Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and outcomes-driven Connection Officers to lead business expansion, oversee customer connections, and advance banking goods. The preferred applicants will possess a solid experience in sales, promotion, or client engagement management inside the banking or financial solutions sector.

Primary duties

• Formulate and preserve solid connections with current and prospective customers.
• Recognize customer needs and endorse appropriate banking goods and solutions.
• Lead revenue goals through efficient lead generation, cross-closing sales, and revenue optimization.
• Observe industry trends and offer input for strategic business decisions.
• Ensure outstanding client support dispatch and customer satisfaction.
• Organize and send periodic sales and activity documentation.

Qualifications

• Bsc in a applicable field requiring at least Second-class Lower (2:2).
• At least 2–3 years’ expertise in sales, promotion, or client engagement positions inside the banking/financial solutions industry.
• Clear expression, bargain, and people skills.
• Expertise in banking goods, industry trends, and rival initiatives.
• Objective-oriented with a verified ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
