• We are seeking an skilled Hotel general manager to supervise the day-to-day activities of our hotel in addition to offer organizational approach.
• You will strategy and oversee the initiatives of an comprehensive and multifaceted staff to guarantee the smooth and lucrative running of business.
• It is significant for the hotel general manager to be participated in every facet of the hotel processes. You will be just as in charge of trading with service issues as for strategizing and getting ready documentation. You will be a key person of letter of recommendation for employees and customers in addition to external vendors.
• The hotel general manager must be capable to mentor the employees to operate as a well-functioning team. Therefore, the preferred candidate will be a team player and an efficient leader, capable to set examples and promote a climate of teamwork.
• The objective is to improve client commitment and expand our customer base by strengthening our hotel’s reputation.

Duties

• Oversee work at all levels (receptionists, kitchen employees, maids, workspace employees etc.) and set clear targets
• Strategy initiatives and assign duties to attain the top-performing operating model
• Oversee financial plans/expenditures, evaluate and analyze financial information and track sales and profits
• Formulate and execute an intuitive and productive business promotion strategy to advance the hotel’s solutions
• Liaise with clients when suitable (greet them in the facilities, handle their service issues, find initiatives to challenges, proposal information etc.)
• Transaction with servicing & maintenance concerns, shortages in employees or tools, renovations etc.
• Work alongside external parties which includes suppliers, commute agencies, event/conference planners etc.
• Examine facilities routinely and ensure adherence to full adherence with workplace safety and wellness guidelines.

Qualifications

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / OND / Bachelor's degree Academic qualification with 3-5 years work expertise.
