Position Overview

Dangote Group is looking for a skilled CNG Servicing & maintenance Manager to head our servicing & maintenance team at Dangote Cement Transport (DCT). In this vital function, you will be in charge of coordinating the servicing & maintenance processes of our Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) operational structures and Trucks, making sure that all Trucks operate at peak effectiveness and effectiveness.

Duties

• Oversee and organize the servicing & maintenance initiatives of CNG Trucks.
• Formulate and execute servicing & maintenance strategies and plans to guarantee minimal non-operational time.
• Carry out inspections and diagnosing issues to diagnose faults in CNG Trucks.
• Guarantee adherence with safety guidelines and rules connected with CNG Trucks processes.
• Oversee servicing & maintenance financial plans, supervise procurement of parts and materials, and preserve stock levels.
• Head and educate the servicing & maintenance team to improve their competencies and expertise in CNG technical solutions.
• Organize and preserve precise records of servicing & maintenance initiatives and tools effectiveness.
• Work alongside other departments to enhance process effectiveness and safety.

 Qualifications

• Higher national diploma or Bsc in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Tech, or a relevant field. COREN, or other applicable qualifications are advantageous.
• At least 6 years in servicing & maintenance and fix of CNG operational structures and heavy-responsibility tools, with 3+ years in a leadership or executive position.
• Competence in diagnosing, repairing, and preserving CNG operational structures and vehicles; expertise in safety procedures, stock management, and adherence with industry guidelines.
• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating servicing & maintenance teams and projects.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and meticulousness.
• Capability to operate productively in a dynamic environment and oversee various duty.
• Effective guidance and verbal abilities.
• Understanding with health, safety, and ecological rules relevant to CNG processes.
