Role summary
- We are looking for an skilled and agile Network Manager with 10–15 years of practical competence in enterprise relationship building and structure.

Team lead & Development:
- Oversee and train a team of [X] network engineers and administrators.
- Carry out consistent 1:1 meeting to help desk growth, respond to concerns, and align targets.
- Promote a cooperative environment that promotes creative invention and ownership.
- Mentor professional development through mentoring, accreditation organizing, and ability mapping.
Guard & Adherence:
- Execute strong protection frameworks which includes ACLs, IPS/IDS, firewalls, and segmentation.
- Guarantee adherence possessing applicable guidelines (HIPAA, Hi Trust, SOC, etc.).
- Head issue resolution process and risk exposure remediation.
Supervising & Optimization:
Supervise network supervising, capacity organizing, and effectiveness evaluation. Lead enhancements in uptime, throughput, and process effectiveness.
Vendor Management:
- Oversee vendor connections, assist agreements, and procurement lifecycles.
- Projection and regulate network financial plan for hardware, authorizing, and solutions.
- Organize with external associates and service vendors for escalations and strategic organizing.
Credentials
- Bsc in computer science, Information Tech, or a relevant field.
- 10–15 years of enterprise relationship building expertise with a robust technical foundation.
- Executive guidance expertise coordinating technical teams, carrying out effectiveness assessments, profession organizing, and pushing strategic structure projects.
- Specialist-level expertise in routing, switching, and guard (BGP, OSPF, vPC, VXLAN, EVPN).
- Strong insight of information infrastructure topologies (e.g., spine-leaf architectures), VXLAN EVPN, fabric technical solutions, and DC-class channels which includes Nexus switches
- Understanding and practical experience with Next-Production Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower)
- Practical understanding of IDS/IPS, secure segmentation, VPNs, and SSL assessment
- Understanding with SDN, cloud relationship building (AWS/Azure/GCP), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Comprehensive exposure to Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Organizing (BCP) frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing redundant, fault-tolerant networks to assist recovery targets
- Industry qualifications (e.g., CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, NSE 7+) firmly preferred.
- Exceptional issue resolution, information exchange, and planning abilities.
- Understanding with network tracking software and effectiveness evaluation.
