Purpose Goal

The Learning &  Development (L&D) Manager plays a pivotal position in pushing the business development and income increase for the L&D operation. This position concentrates on producing creative and enterprise services to formulate and supply influential development syllabus and programs, build long-term alliances, and role the L&D department as a key participant to company expansion.

Relation:

• Build and preserve robust external strategic collaborations to expand the reach and effect of the L&D business offerings.
• Work alongside internal teams and external participants to lead the success of L&D programs.
• Serve as a key support for the L&D department by supporting its solutions to possibility customers and corporate executive guidance.
• Stand for the company in external forums to highlight the L&D unit's capabilities and accomplishments.

 Dispatch:

• Leverage improved technological resources and channels to supply cutting-edge capacity-building plans.
• Produce and supervise the development of e-learning modules, virtual development sessions, and blended learning initiatives to meet multifaceted needs.
• Track international developments in learning technical solutions to constantly create and enhance L&D offerings.
• Supervise the development of development syllabus and materials, making sure they match with corporate key focuses and customer needs.
• Supply premium quality executive guidance development programs and organize technical development sessions to improve staff capabilities.
• Evaluate development results and leverage data findings to enhance programme performance and show business effect.
• Verify that every L&D programs adhere with industry guidelines and career advancement qualifications.

Targeted Expert Expertise  

• Bsc in educational studies, Business Management, or a relevant field; a MSC is desirable.
• Qualifications in Learning & Development, Development Management, or entrepreneurship-associated disciplines considered advantageous.
• At least 5 years of progressive expertise in L&D, business development, or associated fields.
• Competence in e-learning channels, content management operational structures, and data evaluation resources.
• Robust innovative outlook with a concentration on creative invention and income growth.
