Job Description

Duties

  • Oversee connections with landlords, real estate owners and occupants and act on representation of landlords in Coordinating properties
  • Attract occupants by marketing openings; acquiring client recommendations from ongoing occupants; clarifying advantages of site and solutions.
  • Assume accountability for tenant, guarantor and referral profiling
  • Preserve real estate by coordinating with with facility managers, investigating and addressing tenant service issues; enforcing regulations of occupancy; evaluating renovations and vacant units
  • Ensure adherence to occupancy rules and standardized processes by sanctioning violators
  • Organize documentation for Management by collecting, evaluating, and condensing data and practices.
  • Achieve company targets and Real estate Management department targets and outputs
  • Offer Management with standard procedure status reports on all properties being handled by the organization.
  • Collaborate with all operational units to guarantee outstanding dispatch on allocated duty with engagement to real estate management.
  • Establish rental rate by surveying local rental rates: calculating overhead expenses, asset value reduction, taxes, and profit targets.
  • Associating rental status reports to occupants
  • Acquiring due diligence materials, which includes corporate certifications of good standing, property and title information and securities filings
  • Investigating the factual evidence of a transaction
  • Collaborate with external lawyers in getting ready for transactional closings, depositions, hearings, field experiments and professional forums; executing many managerial duty, which includes, operating on individual financial record
  • Carry out standard procedure real estate inspections
  • Establish new corporate collaborations with landlords/business associates and assess current connections periodically
  • Protect the organization against any lawful risks and violations.
  • Examine any lawful concerns connected with new projects and solutions.

Qualifications

  • LLB / BL or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 4–5 years’ related experience in real estate management, ideally inside a property or facility management firm.
  • Deep knowledge of tenancy legal provisions, property financial record, and legal adherence.
  • Clear articulation, bargain, and people skills.
  • Robust logical and corporate abilities with meticulousness.
  • Competence in Office productivity software and real estate admin systems is a plus.
