Position Overview

We are seeking a initiative-driven and dependable Deputy manager to assist day-to-day activities in our efficient food dining venue. The Deputy manager will assist supervise employee output, client fulfillment, stock, and adherence with business guidelines. This position is vital in making sure smooth, productive, and lucrative dining venue processes.

Primary duties

• Help the Outlet Manager in the daily running of the dining venue.
• Oversee employees to guarantee outstanding client support and compliance to organisation guidelines.
• Educate, mentor, and inspire group members to attain effectiveness targets.
• Track food project setup and visual communication to preserve standards and hygiene guidelines.
• Manage client service issues and settle concerns competently and promptly.
• Help with planning, change organizing, and presence management.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standard procedures.
• Preserve a clean and structured dining and kitchen environment.
• Assist sales targets through revenue optimization and campaigns.
• Produce and send documentation on sales, expenditures, employee output.
• Stand in for the Outlet Manager when needed.

Credentials and Competencies

• At least OND / Higher national diploma / Bachelor's degree in hotel management Management, Business Management, or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of expertise in a leadership or executive position in a efficient food or hospitality environment.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and people skills.
• Good expertise in food safety, hygiene, and quality benchmarks.
• Capability to oversee and motivate a team productively.
• Robust analytical abilities and client support onboarding.
• Good corporate and handling multiple responsibilities abilities.
• Readiness to operate any time, which includes weekends and holidays.
