Devoted Banking Manager at Tophire Africa (3 Openings) in Nigeria

Duties

• Serve as customer’s support and trusted consultant on financial matters.
• Manage all customer questions productively and settle service issues accordingly.
• Foster connections with clients and entities.
• Build good connection with business heads to lead goods sales and purchase within recognized markets.
• Build, strengthen, and leverage internal networks, alliance strategic collaborations and connections.
• Sell, Cross-sell and Upsell the Bank’s goods for most effective build-up of income.
• Execute promotion plans / programs laid out by the Bank to boost profit.
• Listen to client qualifications and show suitable initiatives to make a sale.
• Accomplish set deposit targets / Payments by obtaining business / financial funding agreements from Individuals and Corporate entities.
• Acquire customers for both savings, Ongoing and fixed deposit accounts in line with set target.
• Produce quality risk assets to meet set targets.
• Bundle clients’ credit requests in line with credit rules & standardized processes of the bank
• Track and ensure clients’ adherence with credit agreements.
• Oversee customer requirements regarding what can and cannot be done by the Bank.
• Ensure proper know your client (KYC) qualifications are executed on clients.

Qualifications

Applicants should have applicable credentials with a minimum of 7 years sales expertise in the bank.
