Duties

• To oversee the development of prudently priced assets, cost-efficient long-term liability with reputable companies and entities in order to guarantee Bank’s maximum profit margin.
• To recognize and formulate a target pipeline and aggressively market for new lucrative status clients from the recognized target sectors.
• Oversee key client connections through consistent connections and visits by making sure the efficient call programme is preserved on all allocated and potential opportunity clients.
• Oversee high specialist guidelines and strive to offer quality solutions and attractive pricing to customers.
• Originate, preserve, and formulate connections in the corporate market and the public sector.
• Cross sell bank’s bouquet of goods to operators in the corporate market.
• Ensure efficient client retention programs for relationship building and deepening Corporate Banking market penetration.
• Account for supporting segment or product indicators as relevant inside the Bank’s regulatory framework i.e., risk limit, delinquency, adherence qualifications etc.
• Agree on conditions and terms and organize credit applications for new loan facilities for Corporate Banking customers.
• Framework credit facilities to handle clients’ needs and organize/evaluate credit proposals.
• Show and defend Corporate Banking credit applications with the Credit Board.
• Evaluate and permit corporate Banking credit applications from account managers prior to entry to Risk mitigation strategy.
• Coordinate with key business processes to guarantee customer support dispatch to accepted benchmarks.
• Preserve good brand communications with ongoing and potential clients.
• Strategy and documentation on Promotion calls for the unit.

Credentials

Interested applicants should have an Higher national diploma / Bsc with 10years of expertise in sales and credit banking.
