Job Description

In charge of the selection, development and retention of Nigerian team members in the region in charge;
In charge of hiring high-end Nigerian skills in the region in charge;
In charge of profile investigative of high-level Nigerian staff in the region;
In charge of the induction development, corporate culture development and skills development development of Nigerian employees in the region in charge;
In charge of the advancement of the organization's headquarters rules and operational structures and the oversight and execution of the operational structures;
In charge of linking with the organization's headquarters for staff-associated work;
In charge of helping Chinese managers in the region to carry out corporate cultural initiatives and seminars;

Academic qualification preferred;
Tertiary institution key in HR management and business management is desirable;
More than 3 years of expertise in HR management and hiring process;
Capable to operate computers and use workspace software, with high-performing group management, company, synchronization and verbal abilities;
Applicants with Chinese verbal abilities considered advantageous (ideally with Chinese verbal abilities);
Priority is provided to those operating in Chinese or foreign companies.
