We are seeking a outcomes-driven Telesales Team supervisor to oversee and grow a top-performing telesales team for SCALE. This position will supervise outgoing calling marketing, head transformation, client relation, and sales status updates to guarantee targets are repeatedly met and exceeded.

Results tracking:

• Set and track KPIs which includes call volumes, transformation rates, and income targets.
• Arrange consistent development sessions to enhance team sales methods and service understanding.
• Carry out one-on-one assessments and team huddles to sustain drive and alignment.

Client Relation:

• Make sure that client engagements are principle-based, advisory, and in sync with Renda’s corporate identity.
• Preserve outstanding client engagement guidelines during and after the sales process.
• Fulfill the role of an escalation point for client concerns during orientation or activation.
