Job Description

Head the Agent Obtaining channel, pushing business expansion and growth.
Leads the development and execution of agent obtaining plans to lead business expansion.
Manager connections with primary stakeholders, which includes agents, associates and sales teams.
Supervise channel processes, making sure productive orientation and assist of agents.
Evaluate industry trends, rival activity, and client findings to guide business decisions.
Work alongside cross-operational teams to lead feature advancement and enhance channel solutions.
Guarantee adherence with compliance frameworks, rules, and standardized processes.
Recognize and minimize risks, concerns, and dependencies affecting channel processes.
Oversee the full channel lifecycle, which includes rationalization, improvement, and redesign.
Track and documentation on channel effectiveness, profit margin, and sales practices.
Assist financial plan organizing and management for operational and project programs.

First Academic qualification in any Community-related Science discipline, or relevant field Applicable postgraduate education is a plus.

At least 7 - 13 years of expertise in Banking, Financial technology, Mobile Money or Financial Solutions Industry
At least 6 years’ total expertise in a similar role with a minimum of 2 years in a executive position.
Expertise in Digital Channel development and management.
Expertise operating in a worldwide/global enterprise with a good comprehension of emerging markets is desirable.
Must possess a deep knowledge of agents obtaining models and financial technology goods.
Expertise in agent obtaining, agent banking or associated fields.
Outstanding executive guidance, information exchange, and project coordination competencies.
Capability to interpret data and lead business decisions based on findings.
Solid understanding of compliance obligations and adherence in agents obtaining.
