Business operations manager - EMEA at dLocal in Lagos (Remote)

Position Description

Dlocal aids some of the best companies in the world expand in emerging countries. We are seeking an Business operations manager to join our Processes team. The main goal of the team is to guarantee that processes run smoothly, efficiently and productively.

Duties What you'll do:

• In charge of the daily processes & set up mechanisms / methods to track payment success rates 24x7 across banks, associates, merchants and enhance the same through operations excellency.
• Structuring business plans in terms of Systems, Expenses, and Business capabilities for each of the countries we operate.
• Executing productive methods and seeking fresh opportunities.
• Monitoring the execution of tech initiatives throughout the company.
• Coordinating relations and talks with associates and local acquirers.
• Analyzing risk and top QA endeavors.
• Evaluating effectiveness outcomes and optimizing as appropriate.
• Comprehension Dlocal processes in order to identify and prevent business and system/technical challenges and suggest business enhancements with strategic thinking.
• Operating closely with the rest of the organization to to assist their needs, by offering the information they may need, which includes financial record information, response from our local vendors, and evaluation of the ongoing concerns that may be affecting our customers and our local methods (audit, administrative support, etc).
