Protection Manager at Premiere Urgence Internationale (PUI) in Monguno LGA, Borno

Logistics and Finance:

• In the event of visits from Donors, engage fully in the project setup and the smooth company of the visit.
• Ensure budgeted action strategies are readied at the beginning of the project and that they transparently convey the essence of activity strategy of the project;
• Be in charge of the financial plan lines under his/ her management, and offer projections on these financial plan lines on a every month basis supporting to the every month financial plan client engagement process;
• Adhere with all logistics regulations, standardized processes and methods, making sure the prompt stock of all logistics needs for the successful execution of his/ her initiatives;
• Be in charge of the qualification and good utilization of capital assigned to the initiatives under his/ her management;
• Evaluate and propose initiatives of budgetary reallocation if needed, after receiving a every month current financial client engagement (FFU) from the Finance unit;
• Fill the cash projection according to his/her financial plan zones as per PUI internal standardized processes

Accident and threat control:

• Support to data collection on accident and threat control concerns in his/her site of processes and circulate them to the Field associate routinely or on an as-needed basis if immediate.
• Make sure that the accident and threat control regulations are known and respected by his/her team
• Make sure that projects, structured approaches, or selection evaluation benchmarks do not place recipients, PUI employees or any other persons in harm’s way. The candidate warnings the Field associate without postponement, in case of impending risk to teams or recipients.
• Execute any other responsibility/assignment as allocated by the manager.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree / Master's degree Academic qualification with 3 - 10 years of work expertise.
