Chief operator, Management at Western Development Company Limited (WDCL) in Island, Lagos

About the Position

WDCL is looking for a seasoned and strategic Chief operator, Management, to head its managerial processes. This executive-level position needs a specialist who can supervise organisation-wide managerial systems, facilities, resource control, logistics, and adherence - while pushing effectiveness cross-functional units.

Primary duties

• Head and oversee managerial departments, which includes facility management, fleet/logistics, guard, and general solutions.
• Formulate and execute productive managerial rules, operational structures, and methods across the organization.
• Guarantee adherence with lawful, compliance-related, and organisation guidelines in administrator processes.
• Supervise vendor agreements, lease agreements, service-level agreements, and renewals.
• Oversee aid offerings across all project sites and workspaces.
• Work alongside Human resources, Finance, Health, safety, and environment, and Procurement to align managerial processes with organisation targets.
• Oversee high-level correspondence, commute logistics, and executive assist operational structures.

Qualifications

• Bsc in Business Management, Management, or a relevant field (MSC or Master of business administration will be an added advantage).
• 10+ years of progressive expertise in managerial executive guidance positions, ideally in the petroleum sector or building industry.
• Effective guidance, team lead, and strategic judgment abilities.
• Outstanding organisational, bargain, and verbal abilities.
• Required location Lagos (Island) or show a firm relocation strategy.
