Position Overview

The QA Manager make sure that all property development projects, real estate solutions and internal processes adhere with organisation quality benchmarks, compliance obligations, and customer requirements. This position is in charge of conceptualizing, executing and supervising QA operational structures, evaluating ongoing and finished work, and managing possessing applicable teams to preserve the highest guidelines across building, real estate management and service dispatch.

Workflow optimization:

Evaluate process process and suggest advancement for effectiveness and performance Collaborate with design, and processes teams to embed inspection procedures at each stage of the program duration.

Development and development:

Educate internal teams and service providers on quality procedures and safety procedures. Ensure employees comprehend and follow all QA standard procedures

Credentials

• Bsc in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Architecture, QA (e.g ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
• 5+ years of expertise in quality assurance or guarantee, ideally inside the property or building industry 
• Expertise with project coordination, building codes and legal adherence.
