Position Overview

The Business Department head will be in charge of conceptualizing and carrying out sales plans, pushing income increase, coordinating collections, and top a high-effectiveness team. This position needs a strategic thinker and efficient leader with a strong insight of market forces, client needs, and financial results tracking.

Team lead & Development:

• Head, train, and oversee the business development team to enhance output and ensure objective achievement.
• Set clear effectiveness requirements, carry out consistent reviews, and offer mentoring for ongoing development.
• Promote a cooperative and creative collaborative environment that aids the organization's growth targets.

Credentials

• Bsc in Business, Promotion, Finance, or a relevant field (Master of business administration preferred).
• At least 3-5 years of expertise in sales executive guidance, business development, or business-related management, ideally in a Microfinance bank like Opay, Moniepont, Palmpay etc
• Established history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and optimizing collection cycles.
• Robust critical thinking and expertise with analytics-based strategic judgment.
• Outstanding executive guidance, interpersonal, and verbal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, continuously adapting environment with a practical, results-driven approach.
