What We Are Seeking

The WASH Manager, project (Building) is in charge of the design, development, and execution of WASH structure-associated projects under the Education Key strength. The Manager, project (PM) will supervise a small, combined WASH/Shelter team inside the Education programme, making sure efficient execution and dispatch, skills development and specialized abilities move to the team. The PM will play a main responsibility in assisting the dispatch excellent quality structure initiatives in schools across NRC’s zone workspaces, with consistent site visits for technical evaluations, employees and vendor oversight, quality assurance, and confirmation of finished works. This comprises analyzing and authorizing building achievements, issuing certifications of finalization, and making sure that all structure projects adhere with NRC’s technical and at least guidelines, donor qualifications, applicable national rules or cluster direction, whilst making sure uniformity and quality. In addition, the PM will support to the strategic programme development, technical direction, and the consolidation of WASH and some Shelter structure parts into the Education response, strengthening NRC’s capacity to supply safe, welcoming, and maintainable learning environments in displacement-affected networks.

What You Will Do

  • Make sure that the WASH service guidelines are fulfilled in the Learning Spaces whilst assisting Better Learning Results and supplying solutions that meet the needs of students and employees
  • Group collaborations notably during system requirements evaluations, WASH in schools development, and involvement in target group discussions,group sessions, and other group mobilization initiatives.
  • Assist in building financial plans, which includes authorization of suitable Project expenditures (within authorization limit), tracking of project expenditure and liabilities, confirmation of every month financial plan-vs-actual documentation, estimation of projected expenditure, and entry of every month cash projections.
  • Assist in the recognition of development needs for associates and execute suitable interventions in rural and urban situations in synchronization with other NRC program
  • In synchronization with the Monitoring and evaluation, track and client engagement on quality of solutions offered by NRC in the site. Make strategic guidance for advancement. Guarantee promptness and quality supervising documentation of WASH/Shelter initiatives to guarantee high technical quality and transparent methods
  • Synchronization and Depiction: Formulate and preserve operating connections and organize possessing applicable international and local agencies active in the associated synchronization channels at the zone level.
  • Project coordination and Execution: Offer direction and management of every facet of WASH facilities design, school building design general building organizing, execution, quality, and responsibility.
