Job Description

We are looking for an skilled Health & Safety supervisor to join our team.
The preferred candidate will be in charge of executing and enforcing workplace safety and wellness programs, rules, and standardized processes to guarantee a safe operating environment.
The position includes carrying out safety inspections, supplying development, investigating incidents, and making sure adherence with safety rules and quality benchmarks.

Formulate and execute complete safety programs, rules, and standardized processes in line with local rules and standardized best practices.
Carry out consistent office inspections and audits to recognize risks and guarantee alignment to safety guidelines.
Offer safety development and onboarding to employees, which includes crisis-management, hazard information exchange, and proper PPE usage.
Explore office incidents, accidents, and near-misses; decide root causes and endorse corrective actions.
Preserve precise safety recordkeeping, which includes assessment documentation, system issue data records, and development records.
Carry out risk evaluations and help in executing preventive and corrective measures to reduce risk risks.
Stay informed on safety rules, guidelines, and industry standards, making sure uninterrupted adherence.
Supervise pest regulate initiatives and oversee connections with pest regulate advisors.
Convey safety-associated rules and status reports productively through sessions, memos, and development sessions.
Work alongside external safety advisors, auditors, and compliance-related governing bodies during inspections or audits.
Help in selecting, analyzing, and preserving suitable safety tools and personal protective gear.
Advance a robust safety culture across the company by pushing consciousness and active involvement.
Execute any other obligations as allocated by the Quality, health, safety, and environment Manager.

Bsc in Work-related Workplace safety and wellness, Ecological Science, or relevant field (applicable qualifications or expertise is a plus).
At least 3 years of expertise in a similar position.
Basic comprehension excellent quality and Food Safety qualifications (QMS, FSSC 22000).
Solid understanding of local safety rules, guidelines, and standardized best practices.
Skilled in hazard recognition, risk evaluation, and executing regulatory actions.
Logical and analytical abilities to explore incidents and endorse enhancements.
Capability to operate independently, assign priorities to tasks, and organize schedule productively.
Skilled in using safety analytics platforms, data evaluation, and recordkeeping software.
