Position Overview

We are looking for a Hotel general manager to supervise day-to-day activities, lead visitor fulfillment, oversee employees, and ensure productive hotel effectiveness. The preferred candidate will be initiative-driven, structured, and skilled in hotel management executive guidance.

Primary duties

• Supervise front office, room maintenance services, food service, and customer service experience.
• Head and motivate hotel employees for most effective service dispatch.
• Track financial plans, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality benchmarks are fulfilled.
• Manage visitor service issues and settle concerns productively.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in hotel management or supervisory positions.
• Effective guidance, information exchange, and planning abilities.
• Expertise with hospitality software and hotel processes.
• Service-oriented mentality with a high meticulousness.
