Position Overview
- We are seeking a initiative-driven and skilled Finance Manager to head our finance processes, ensure financial health, and assist our growth journey.
- The Finance Manager will supervise all financial initiatives of the business, which includes financial planning, status updates, money movement management, financial evaluation, statutory adherence, and internal regulates.
- This position requires robust financial strategic insight, strategic thinking, and a practical approach to coordinating the organization's financial resources for long-term development.
Primary duties
- Supervise the project setup of precise every month, every quarter, and yearly financial statements and projections.
- Oversee the organization’s financial planning and organizing process, making sure alignment with strategic targets.
- Track money movement, banking, and treasury processes, making sure adequate liquidity and financial support management.
- Guarantee promptness and precise tax filings, remittances, and adherence with compliance-related bodies.
- Evaluate financial data to assist strategic judgment, market growth, and cost optimization.
- Formulate and ensure adherence to robust financial regulates, accounting standardized processes, and internal audits.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third-party service vendors.
- Head finance-associated projects, which includes pricing, financial funding appraisals, or system execution.
- Oversee and train entry-level finance employees or accounting officer where relevant.
- Advise the executive team on financial implications of business plans and risks.
Credentials & Qualifications
- Bsc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant field (a MSC is a plus).
- A member of a professional body which includes ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is essential.
- At least 5 years of expertise in a finance or accounting position, ideally inside financial solutions, in-store, or similar sectors.
- Skilled in financial system (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel spreadsheet software.
- Deep knowledge of financial principles, tax rules, and business finance.
- Outstanding logical, corporate, and management abilities.
- High level of honesty and reliability, meticulousness, and dedication to secrecy.
