Job Description

Directing the production operations methods, making sure quality work is done safely and productively.
Coordinating with with other engineers to formulate strategies that enhance generation, expenses, and work necessary.
Diagnosing challenges in the generation line and offering strategic guidance and development.
Establishing health and safety protocols and procedures that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also reduce the carbon footprint.
Keeping abreast of improvement in engineering and generation, and exchanging expertise with co-workers.
Recognizing, documenting, and status updates unsafe procedures.
Drawing up generation plans and financial plans for projects.
Planning sessions possessing applicable departments and participants.
Evaluating all facets of generation and making strategic guidance for advancement.
Acquiring any materials and tools necessary.
Duty for establishing and preserving regulate of process indicators and data which includes cycle time, productivity, non-operational time, and product properties, to guarantee current methods are in regulate
Head product deviation methods, securing root-cause evaluation and execution of corrective/preventive actions
Generation appropriateness evaluation, disparity/risk recognition, and advancement strategic guidance
Structure selection, stock management and plant capacity/utilization status updates
Generation automatic control
Generation workflow improvement

Academic qualification in Engineering, ideally Mechanical Engineering
3 – 5 years of applicable professional background in a production operations plant
Competence in MS Workspace.
Demonstrated expertise in the engineering site.
Superb logical, issue resolution, and critical thinking competencies.
Effective guidance abilities.
Superb documented and spoken communication competencies.
Capability to make decisions under pressure.
