Job Description

Mobile Sport Limited (MSport) is a Nigeria-based digital sports betting handler specialising in mobile-first gaming initiatives.
We are seeking a devoted and objective-oriented person to fill the position of User Operations coordinator.
This position requires a deep knowledge of user conduct and in-product business levers to assist audience increase, retention, and fulfillment.
It plays a key part in assisting MSport better comprehend and serve our users through analytics-based and locally tailored business plans.

Track and evaluate the performance of in-operational base advancement channels which includes landing pages, ad slots, push updates, SMS, and in-app messages. Optimise plans based on effectiveness data.
Support to routine business implementation (e.g. ad slot setup, assignment setup) and running test initiatives, which includes design, involvement, and assessment of A/B or beta tests.
Carry out rival benchmarking that concentrates on in-operational base plans, which includes marketing mechanics, incentive design, user relation flows, and entire product expertise. Produce implementable documentation based on evaluation.
Design and carry out online or phone surveys to collect user input, evaluate findings, and offer implementable suggestions to improve UX.
Assist user segmentation endeavors and fashion designer business plans for different user groups (e.g. new users, lapsed users, high-value users).
Offer suggestions for optimising product expertise and business processes, and actively engage in other key business programs.

Bsc or higher in Promotion, Brand communications, Data evaluation, Business Management, Media and Information exchange, Technical, or a relevant field.
Operating Expertise: 1-3 years in user or product processes or client support positions, ideally in the gambling, gaming, entertainment or e-commerce industries.
Language: Outstanding documented and verbal English (Incentive with local languages)
Technical: Skilled in resources which includes Excel, Google Data analysis, PowerPoint, and others.
Sports Enthusiast: A Wealth of expertise about sports, especially in football, is desirable.
1 year or above gambling expertise (without addiction)
Operating on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Accept rotational schedule during holidays if necessary.
Meticulous and well-structured, making sure minimal errors.
Highly self-driven and curious, flexible to dynamic and continuously adapting environments.
Robust user findings capabilities, competent of recognizing and conceptualizing the real needs of local users.
Outstanding collaboration and partnership competencies.
Robust logical thinking with a root cause evaluation mentality.
