IT Application & Automatic control Expert at IT Horizons Limited in Lagos

About the position

We are looking for a proficient IT Applications & Automatic control Expert to supervise the setup, management, and customization of Zoho applications and other business automatic control resources. This position will be in charge of optimizing work methods through Zoho Originator, Power Apps, and other automatic control channels, making sure smooth unification and effectiveness across business processes.

System Management & Assist:

• Track and diagnose issues Zoho applications and integrations to guarantee system stability.
• Work alongside various departments to collect specifications and execute system upgrades.
• Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and backups for Zoho applications.
• Track and oversee software permits, making sure adherence with vendor agreements.
• Oversee and assist Microsoft office productivity suite solutions, which includes Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Microsoft intune, Power apps, OneDrive etc.
• Offer IT assistance for Zoho and M365 users, dealing with system concerns and addressing IT-associated questions.
• Record system settings, processes, and diagnosing issues standardized processes.

Preferred Credentials:

• Expertise with Zoho Data analysis, Zoho Data analysis, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho ecosystem resources.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Operational base, RPA resources, or other automatic control technical solutions.
• Previous expertise in Enterprise platform planning or business process automatic control.
